West Ward Cultural Center Preschool Facility: Scope of work included a 2nd floor addition and expansion intended to upgrade thee facility to meet Abbott District standards.

Trinity United Methodist Church Preschool Facility - Interior Renovation: Scope of work included interior renovation within a historic church. Intended as a preschool; approximate area of renovation was 4,000 square feet. Inteded for occupancy by 40 children.

William Irving Christian Daycare Center of the Tabernacle Baptist Church: Scope of work included an interior renovation within an existing church, intended as a child care center. Area of renovation includes 1,500 square feet on one floor and 800 square feet of office area located one floor above. Preliminary approval recieved for use by 26 children.

Sunset Christian Academy Conversion of a Catering Hall to a Daycare Facility: Scope of work included the renovation and addition to convert an existing catering facility to a child care center. Area of renovation included three floors with a total area of approximately 11,000 square feet. Designs included two phases of construction. Facilities accomodated 66 children in infant care and 107 children in daycare.

Addition and Renovation - Daycare and Preschool Facilities at Full Gospel Christian Learning Center: Scope of work included the renovation of an existing childcare center and preschool, intended to achieve construction code compliance. Approximate area 4,300 square feet, occupying two floors.

Addition and Renovation of Full Gospel Monument of Faith Church: Scope of work included the proposed demolition of the existing facilities and the reconstruction of a new church, including a three hundred person sanctuary, a mezzanine, sound room, offices, light commercial kitchen and banquet facilities. Banquet facilities were intended to serve as a multi-purpose room for the adjacent childcare center.

Project Management Services at the Walsh and Kretchmer Homes: The Architects Alliance served as technical representatives and design consultants for the planning of six hundred townhouses on two urban sites. These townhouses replace high-rise residential towers which were imploded as part of this planned urban redevelopment. Designs included the expansion and renovation of the existing community centers, which will house daycare and after-school programs for local children.

Addition and Renovation Brazilian Seventh Day Adventist Church: Our initial scope of services involved stabilizing a portion of church, in order to safeguard the facility and plan for future expansion. Further design studies proposed a three-story addition to the quaint turn of the century church. The addition was intended to serve as a childcare center and as classrooms for religious education. These same rooms would also allow for retreats, services and adult education.

Multi-purpose Room and Classroom Addition at Jefferson Elemntary School: Addition and renovation of a nine-classroom elementary school. The addition will add eight classrooms, a media center and multi-purpose room, which will serve as a gymnasium, auditorium and cafetoria. The school will serve children in preschool through grade three.

Addition and Renovation - Newark School of Fine and Industrial Arts: Scope of work included a conversion of a former high school to a post-secondary school for art education. In addition to the design of labs for computer drafting, textile design, sculpture, painting and photograph; the complete replacement of heating, ventilating and cooling systems was designed as a well as lighting, plumbing fixtures, windows, doors and finishes. The deisgn also included full accessibility via elevators, ramps, rest rooms, hardware, audio systems, etc.
